Trip to Malacca

It's been a long time to take a break from work...or maybe away from home, traveling to some other places.

Well, this opportunity came in just at the right time when the bf is back and available for a short trip!

So, we planned to go for road trips from Penang down to Malacca.

It was during the Hari Raya Haji when we arrived in Malacca. Everywhere is full of cars and people! Every restaurants that we were about to go,you will see a long queue from far! Not to mention to find a parking place,it wA extremely exhausting driving in a small town going round n rounds.

We were first planned to go for the famous Chung Hwa chicken rice balls....but the queue.....was way too long and we were starving so we went for the not so famous one. Well, honestly, it's very disappointing. The rice balls that we had were not tasty at all.not even the chicken...
After the disappointing lunch that we had, we head back to hotel for a rest after a long drive.

As for dinner, we went for some Portuguese cuisine.
It's a very promising taste.

Portuguese sambal prawns

Portuguese curry chicken

Cincaluk fried egg(can't recall the right name for this dish)

Chung Wah famous chicken rice balls
Finally get to eat the best chicken rice balls in Malacca before heading back to KL...

We also visited some historical places....

Christ Church Melaka
It's not allowed to take photo inside the church. It's amazingly pretty although its more than a century church. It's still very well maintain and currently still in use to have services. Everyone is happily taking shoots outside the church despite the super hot weather and the crowds....

St. Paul's church

The road trip in Malacca ends after we visited to this sacred place.

God bless everyone!

Never say never!
