I love to eat.
Other than this, I enjoy cooking very much. Not to say that I'm good in it, but I enjoy it very very much. Love the process when you choose your favorite dish and you D-I-Y.
This day, me and bf were too lazy to go out in this super hot sunny day, we decided to cook.
Since we have bacons in fridge and some mushrooms, we decided to make aglio olio...the simplest dish of all.
Here are the ingredients that I used...
Fettuccine..................half a pack
Button mushroom......8 pieces
Bacons......................200g
Garlic..........................few cloves
Olive oil.......................2 tablespoon
I actually pan fried the bacons without adding extra oil...just let the fats melts and kept the moisture of the meat naturally.
At the same time, take half pot of water and brings to boil. Add some salt and a drizzle of olive oil into it,the add in the fettuccine. This adds on salty taste and to prevent the noodles sticks together.
Back to the pan of bacons, fried until golden brown in color and then put them aside. Left the fats from the bacons in the pan and add the chopped garlic in,fried till the fragrance filled the kitchen. Then, add in the mushroom and stir fried them.
Add in the bacons and fettuccine, stirred them well.
Final touched with some chopped parsley and black pepper.
And it's ready to serve!
Simple and yummy-licious!

Never say never!
