breakfast...

Most of the people are not taking their breakfast. instead, they will just have a cup of coffee then it's done!
well, breakfast is the most important meal in a day. It provides the energy and nutrients for us to do our daily activities.

This morning I had my homemade lovely breakfast which I already prepared yesterday!

One bowl full of salads, one bowl of persimmons, 2 slices of bread and slices of blackforest ham plus a glass of warm water is the best combination!
