After Chinese New Year, after all the heavy meals...it's time to be healthy.
Or, we should always be healthy!
Apple+Carrot+Orange juice
Ingredients:
2 green apples
2 peeled oranges
1 carrot
Mixed all the ingredients in a mixer/juicer if u have any.
add a pinch of salt and some water and it's ready to serve!
It's pretty easy and yummy!
If you mixed all in the mixer, you will have all the fibers and that will make you full.
perhaps, next time when we have gatherings, we should prepare something like this as a healthy diet rather than all party drinks!
