After Chinese New Year, after all the heavy meals...it's time to be healthy.
Or, we should always be healthy!
Apple+Carrot+Orange juice
Ingredients:
2 green apples
2 peeled oranges
1 carrot
Mixed all the ingredients in a mixer/juicer if u have any.
add a pinch of salt and some water and it's ready to serve!
It's pretty easy and yummy!
If you mixed all in the mixer, you will have all the fibers and that will make you full.
perhaps, next time when we have gatherings, we should prepare something like this as a healthy diet rather than all party drinks!

Im back!
It took me so long to write a post...
due to some problems using this blog press...
I can hardly log in to my own blog before this..guess they've solved this prob after complaints..:)

Since it's still Chinese new year!
Well,I've rest more than enough during this festive....
enjoy much at home with family...
And soon,it's the 10th day of Chinese new year!!
Another 5 days will be the chap goh meh, which is the valentines day for the Chinese!
Well, hope everyone enjoy this festival and have a blessed dragon year!
